A FIRST-CLASs HOTEL RENOVATION EXPERIENCE
Nationwide Hospitality Construction Management Firm
For 40 years Digney York Associates has been a force among hotel renovation contractors.
Partnering with our team of hospitality construction specialists, you can expect a concierge-level renovation experience. It's what makes us stand out from other hotel renovation companies. Our journey began with renovating guest rooms, and our skills in converting keys have enabled us to service the entire hotel interior. In addition to guest rooms, DYA has the knowledge to renovate welcoming lobbies, chic bars and restaurants, luxurious spas, fitness centers, and meeting spaces.
At Digney York, quality is our priority. We build life-long partnerships with our clients, and they have trusted our hotel renovation services for nearly four decades. Rest assured; your project is in capable hands with our team of hospitality contractors.

A TRIBUTE TO GARY MUNROE: A LEGACY BUILT ON ADMIRATION + RESPECT
Gary Munroe of DYA unexpectedly passed away on June 25, 2023. He was a loving son, husband, father, friend, and leader to many. He was a beloved coworker to all of us.
Gary was an inspiration to all who knew him, not because of what Gary accomplished in his career but how he did it. It was the “How we did things” that mattered to Gary. How we treat our clients. How we treat our associates. How we treat our subcontractors. It was the How that differentiates us in the hotel industry today.
The how translated to Gary treating everyone with a high amount of respect. This makes sense, considering the very HIGH standards Gary insisted on. He was tough but fair. He knew what mattered to people and always made himself available. He valued relationships and understood their importance to our success. He cared, and he was good at his job. His word was always gold. He embodied DYA culture at its best.
The pride Gary had for DYA, what we do, who we do it for, and How we do it was infectious, motivating, and inspirational. Gary was proud of our team coming together every day to execute our projects day in and day out. In his honor, we’ll continue to carry on the legacy he helped create.
