Digney York Associates undertook a comprehensive renovation, refreshing guest room walls and ceilings with new paint while introducing modern tile in the entryways. We installed stylish new furniture and carpets in all 320 guest rooms, creating an inviting atmosphere that complements the stunning surroundings. The bathrooms were transformed with modern vinyl and wall tiles, along with luxurious floor tiles, elevating the overall guest experience.

Despite an aggressive timeline, our team of experts successfully upgraded the mechanical systems in the ballrooms and meeting spaces, completing all renovations ahead of schedule. The revitalization of these versatile public spaces included the installation of LED accent lighting, grand chandeliers, new wall finishes, and custom doors, enhancing the resort’s elegant ambiance.
