We proudly undertook the landmark renovation of the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, reimagining I.M. Pei’s iconic vision at the terminus of Denver’s 16th Street Mall. This project showcased our expertise with major luxury hotel renovation projects through extensive collaboration with leading hospitality specialists, including High Street, Eagle 4, Tynan Group, and Gensler.

As the hotel contractor, we managed the remodeling of all 1,234 guest rooms, featuring modern tub-to-shower conversions that enhance guest comfort and accessibility. The 1961 concrete complex was thoughtfully repositioned while adhering to the original ten-month schedule, even amidst the challenges presented by the global pandemic. This renovation marked the property as the second Sheraton Generation III renovation we completed.

Completing this project stands as a proud achievement for us, exemplifying our long-standing dedication to our clients, partners, and the hotel renovation industry.
