Our team had the privilege of leading a comprehensive renovation across all three resorts, each designed to elevate the guest experience while preserving the area’s traditional aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere.
The renovation project spanned a wide range of spaces, including every guest room, as well as the restaurants, bars, fitness centers, lobbies, and a ballroom. Each resort was thoughtfully refreshed with a vision of enhancing comfort and luxury while maintaining the timeless appeal of Cape Cod. We upgraded the guest rooms with new wood flooring, updated bathrooms featuring modern bath fixtures, fresh paint, and custom lighting to create a serene, coastal-inspired ambiance. The rooms now exude both comfort and style, providing a true retreat from the everyday.
In addition to guest accommodations, we revitalized the resort's public spaces to meet the expectations of today’s travelers. The lobbies, bars, and restaurants were redesigned to offer inviting spaces that reflect the region’s coastal beauty, combining both relaxation and functionality. The ballroom, an essential gathering space for events, was modernized to provide a versatile setting for weddings, conferences, and special events, with a refined design and state-of-the-art amenities.
