Motif Seattle

Motif Seattle, now Hilton Motif Seattle, a stylish downtown hotel, underwent a complete transformation of its guest rooms and corridors across 17 floors. The renovation brought a modern look to the property, with fresh paint, new furniture, upgraded carpeting, and thoughtfully selected FF&E packages.

Leveraging our full-service hospitality renovation experience, our team also incorporated decorative barn doors and contemporary light fixtures to create inviting and functional guest spaces.

Our guest room and hotel remodeling work extended into the bathrooms, where new showers with tile surrounds, shower pans, and glass doors added updated finishes and modern amenities.

Despite the logistical challenges of working in downtown Seattle and maintaining an aggressive schedule, our team coordinated the renovation to keep the project moving efficiently.
