The refresh of Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa marked a significant transformation for the property, encompassing 618 guest rooms and suites designed to elevate the guest experience to new heights. Our comprehensive renovation included an impressive array of enhancements, starting with new hardwood floors and plush carpets that set the tone for luxury.

The project featured modern bath barn doors and updated hardware, seamlessly integrating style with functionality. Significant upgrades were made to the bathrooms, including new tiles, state-of-the-art electrical improvements, and modern bath fixtures, ensuring both comfort and convenience. Plumbing accessories and safety systems were also upgraded to meet the highest standards of quality.

The transformation introduced elegant vanities and lighted mirrors, providing a contemporary touch that enhances the overall aesthetic. Fresh paint throughout the spaces created a bright and inviting atmosphere, while thoughtful ADA considerations ensured accessibility for all guests.
