Hotel Zena, a vibrant cultural hub in the heart of Washington, D.C., stands out for its stylish guest rooms that blend modern comfort with artistic flair. We proudly served as the hotel renovations contractor, collaborating with Viceroy to transform not just the guest rooms, but also the corridors, fitness center, boardroom, and offices.

Our team installed new guest bathroom vanities and vanity tops, complemented by custom stonework that adds an elegant touch. Our remodeling work throughout the hotel also included a luxurious FF&E guest room package, featuring upscale furnishings, luxury vinyl tile in the restrooms, and fresh carpeting throughout the corridors. A standout feature of the renovation was the bold drywall designs, including striking headboards with integrated LED lighting, creating a memorable ambiance.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we completed the renovation on schedule to make sure it was a seamless experience for guests the entire time. Hotel Zena embodies the perfect urban retreat, where modern amenities meet artistic expression.
