Despite facing challenges such as permitting issues and the complexities of FF&E deliveries, the Digney York (DYA) team remained committed to a smooth and efficient process. We maintained a strict timeline, ensuring the project was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Our hotel remodeling work also addressed the demands of working within a multi-story structure. We prioritized operational efficiency with strategic plumbing upgrades, including the replacement of 120 isolation valves, reinforcing the property’s long-term sustainability and guest satisfaction.
