Next Project for Digney York – LaGuardia Airport Marriot

New York, New York - February 15, 2018: Digney York Associates (DYA) is up for the fast-paced challenge on our next full-scale renovation project at the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott Hotel. Digney York will be responsible for the renovation of all 443 guest rooms, with 75% of the rooms needing tub-to-shower upgrades. The 80-year-old hotel's transformation draws inspiration from the eclectic, multi-national culinary, arts, and cultural scene that comprises the surrounding Queens community, known as the “World’s Borough.” The project is expected to last six months.

DYA Kicks Off Des Moines Marriott Downtown Renovation

Des Moines, Iowa - January 16, 2018: The leading hotel renovation contractor, Digney York Associates, is taking on the largest hotel in Iowa – the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. Digney York will transform the entry into a new sense of arrival, renew the Great Room Lobby and City Center Lounge, and upgrade all 417 guest rooms. The new style, "Modern Americana," is expected to elevate the guest experience with refreshed guest rooms and elevated suites and bathrooms, including modernized showers, custom furnishings, and signature beds. The renovation is expected to complete in October 2018.

Digney York Commences Work on Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac

Auburn Hills, Michigan - January 12, 2018: Digney York, a luxury hotel general contractor, has gladly embarked on the renovation of the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac just outside of Detroit, MI. The hospitality renovation project includes all 290 guest rooms, suites, and guest room corridors, including a refresh to the fitness center. The brand new Concierge Summit Lounge with efforts focused on modernizing and enhancing the guest experience. The multi-million dollar renovation project is expected to complete in April 2018.
