Fashion Island Hotel will reopen as Pendry Newport Beach.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA - February 26, 2022: Orange County’s Fashion Island Hotel will become Pendry Newport Beach upon reopening in the summer of 2023. Digney York Associates will partner with Montage International and Eagle Four Partners and serve as hospitality general contractors. We will tackle the remodel of 295 guest rooms and 82 suites, ensuring a modern and luxurious feel throughout.
