Digney York Associates served as general contractor on the property-wide renovation of Nashville’s Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza.
Nashville, Tenn. – October 12, 2026: Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza has unveiled its multimillion-dollar transformation with Digney York Associates (DYA) serving as general contractor.
The transformation introduces reimagined guestrooms and suites, revitalized public spaces, and two new dining destinations inspired by the city. The lobby features a 53-ft.-long sculptural chandelier, a custom glass art installation depicting brass instruments, and a new grand staircase connecting the lobby and mezzanine levels. Maisonette Patisserie & Coffee, an all-day café and marketplace, and Masons at West End, a restaurant, bar and entertainment destination featuring Nashville artists, anchor the hotel’s new dining offerings.
As the project enters its final phase, DYA is excited to see the hotel’s meetings and events offerings come to life in January 2027.
