Tony Coon, Vice President of Construction, holds a wealth of experience from managing large-scale projects in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. With over 22 years in construction management, Tony has successfully overseen a diverse array of projects nationwide, including healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, and interior office buildouts. His extensive background showcases his ability to handle both large and small-scale projects with expertise and efficiency.
In his role at Digney York, Tony is responsible for critical project management tasks such as estimating, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to contract specifications. He also plays a key role in leading and motivating team members, particularly those who are newer to the field. Tony’s positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving is a reflection of his disciplined and can-do mindset, which he attributes to his time on active duty in the US Army.
Outside of work, Tony is dedicated to community service. He volunteers as an Assistant Scout Master for his son’s Boy Scout Troop, where he helps guide and mentor young scouts. Additionally, Tony is actively involved with various veteran organizations, demonstrating his commitment to giving back and supporting fellow veterans.
