Tom Kelley is the newly appointed President of DYA Construction + EIS Hospitality, bringing over 20 years of distinguished experience in the design, development, and construction industry. In his expanded leadership role, Tom is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of both DYA Construction and EIS Hospitality, ensuring the continued growth and success of these dynamic entities within the hospitality and renovation sectors.

Before his promotion to President in 2024, Tom joined Digney York Associates as Managing Director and General Manager, where he played a pivotal role in leading the company’s projects and driving innovation across all aspects of design, development, and construction. His extensive background in managing large-scale, complex projects has been instrumental in elevating DYA’s operations and further solidifying its reputation in the industry.

Prior to his time at DYA, Tom served as Director of Development + Design at Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), where he provided visionary leadership across a diverse portfolio of commercial and capital projects. Tom was responsible for shaping the design strategy, coordinating development efforts, and ensuring seamless construction execution. His leadership played a key role in advancing COPT’s real estate assets and enhancing the overall project outcomes.

Tom also made significant contributions at Marriott International, where he led the design and development of luxury hotel brands such as Marriott, JW Marriott, and Renaissance Hotels. His expertise in aligning innovative design with brand standards helped elevate the guest experience across a wide array of full-service branded hotels.

Throughout his career, Tom has held leadership positions at some of the industry's most respected design firms, including Cannon Design, CallisonRTKL, and DDG. With over $5 billion in successful, award-winning mixed-use developments globally, his work reflects a deep commitment to excellence in both design and execution.
