Kyle Newman joined Digney York Associates in 2016 as an Assistant Project Manager, bringing with him a diverse background in architecture, construction quality management, and custom design. At Digney York, Kyle plays a pivotal role in overseeing projects from the initial bid phase through to completion, ensuring seamless coordination among clients, superintendents, and subcontractors. His responsibilities encompass managing project schedules, maintaining high standards of quality, and facilitating effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Kyle's journey into the world of project management began after earning his Bachelor of Architecture from the Catholic University of America. His early career saw him take on the role of Quality Assurance & Control Representative with Monarch, a commercial renovation contractor based in Denver, Colorado. During his tenure at Monarch, Kyle gained valuable experience in job site safety, construction quality, and process management. His dedication to excellence was recognized with a Construction Quality Management training certificate from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and an OSHA 30 certification, underscoring his commitment to industry best practices.

Transitioning from QA/QC, Kyle embraced a new challenge as a Custom Home & Cabinetry Designer with Primrose Homes in Pittsburgh, PA. This role allowed him to leverage his architectural design education to create bespoke home and cabinetry solutions, further enhancing his expertise in the construction and design fields.

Kyle’s career reflects his strong belief in the importance of organization and communication as cornerstones of successful project management. His ability to integrate these principles ensures that projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality, ultimately contributing to the overall success of each endeavor at Digney York Associates
