With a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Hallie’s career began in the oilfield construction sector, where she worked in the Accounting & HR departments. Seeking new challenges, she transitioned to high-end residential construction in San Diego, CA, where she held various roles including Office and Accounting Manager, Assistant Project Engineer, and Office Administrator. This diverse experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of all facets of construction projects.

She works diligently with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and the DYA project team to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
