Dylan Tibbetts, an Arizona native, is a seasoned professional at Digney York, where he has made significant contributions since joining the company as an Assistant Project Manager in 2018. A graduate of Arizona State University, Dylan earned his Business Law degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business. His early career was marked by a focus on Civil Estimating and Project Management, providing him with a solid foundation in construction and project oversight.

After a brief period away from Digney York, during which he gained additional experience in Civil Estimating, Dylan returned in 2021 to continue his impactful work with the company. In 2023, he played a pivotal role in establishing DYA's Estimating Department, a testament to his expertise and leadership in the field. His work has been instrumental in the successful execution of several high-profile projects, including the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Sheraton Downtown Denver, and Marriott Laguna Cliffs Marriott.

Outside of his professional life, Dylan is passionate about automobile racing, photography, golf, and cooking. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, often preparing meals that bring everyone together. Dylan's diverse interests and dedication to both his career and personal life reflect his well-rounded approach to success and fulfillment.
