With a solid construction and contract management foundation, Devin Jones brings over five years of professional experience to his role at Digney York. His journey began as a Procurement Intern, where he quickly advanced to Assistant Subcontracts Administrator. In this role, he managed various agreements, including NDAs, TAs, and Subcontracts, and developed a deep understanding of contract management.
After five years in contract management, Devin transitioned to a Business Support Specialist role, where he assisted army veterans in securing their Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH). His work was not just about supporting veterans; it was a testament to his dedication to service and excellence.
As a Contracts + Facilities Administrator for Digney York, Devin is responsible for mitigating risk by ensuring that every subcontractor on projects is properly contracted, insured, and licensed. He also plays a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy within internal systems and streamlining sales and project management functions. Beyond these technical responsibilities, Devin manages new hire onboarding, serves as the point of contact for IT and Procore representatives, and ensures the smooth operation of the office environment. His colleagues highly value his ability to set a positive and productive tone in the workplace.
