Kelley joins Digney York with over 20 years of experience, having most recently served as the Director of Development + Design at COPT, Corporate Office Properties Trust. In this role, Kelley was responsible for overall company design leadership, strategic management of design, and development and construction coordination for all commercial and capital investments.
Before joining COPT, Kelley spent time adding value at Marriott International’s design and construction group, focusing on full-service branded hotel designs such as Marriott, JW Marriott, and Renaissance Hotels.
Kelley has spent much of his career in the design studios of innovative firms such as Cannon Design, CallisonRTKL, and DDG. He has been responsible for leading and managing over $5 Billion in award-winning mixed-use projects worldwide.

The events of the past few days have been extremely difficult to watch and experience. What happened to George Floyd in Minneapolis was criminal. It was wrong. The horrific incident and the righteous anger and unrest that followed give voice to unspeakable pain and a great sense of injustice that exists in our society right now.
