During his twenty-six years as a construction management professional, Daniel has accrued a verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dollar hotel renovations, as well as laser fast high end micro facelifts for key clients.

Daniel’s skills at coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with owners, architects and engineers is based on a solid foundation of the knowledge and language of estimating, building code and regulations, owner and subcontract negotiations, project estimating, bidding, tracking and demanding quality, in addition to maintaining cost controls through the effective development of scope and budget on Owner’s PIP.

As Vice President/Senior Project Manager of Digney York Associates, Daniel is a respected company leader who knows how to make exciting things happen for clients and teams. In his free time, Daniel enjoys golf, camping, and wilderness trekking.
