Josh Monroe joined Digney York as an assistant project manager in 2015. Josh is responsible for overseeing a project from start to finish while working closely with clients, superintendents, architects, and other consultants throughout the duration of each project.

Graduating from the Catholic University of America, He earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Architecture. Following graduation, he took a position as a project manager with a small startup that offered virtual shared: marketing, IT, legal & accounting services to small businesses. Josh switched careers to return to his educational background and spent years gaining a strong construction foundation with Structure Tone Mid Atlantic, focused on interior fit-outs and data center work.

Josh brings a wealth of knowledge about modern technology, construction management software, scheduling, submittal review, estimating, & project cost management. Josh strongly believes open lines of communication with all parties involved is the key to achieve a successful project.

Theo joined Digney in July 2014 as an Assistant Project Manager. In November 2015 Theo was promoted to Project Manager. Theo comes to Digney after three years with The Turner Construction company. Theo’s professional background incorporating everything from field supervision to financial cost management provide a unique combination on the most critical aspects of the constitution industry.

Theo is a LEED Accredited professional and is well versed in sustainable design, “green” construction methods and LEED Documentation. Theo has worked on LEED projects ranging in volume from $4 million to $1.2 billion. Additionally, Theo maintains an OSHA 30 certification and appreciates safety as a critical driver to a successful project.

Theo was the sole student to earn dual degrees in civil engineering and architecture in 2011 from The Catholic University of America, in Washington, DC. During Theo’s college career he participated in the American Society of Civil Engineers, concrete canoe and four years of varsity swimming. Theo enjoys volunteering with his alma mater and serving on the Young Alumni Committee. During his free time Theo enjoys running and studying the built environment as it constantly evolves.
